Part II Architectural Assistants
We are looking for motivated and talented Part II Equivalent Architectural Assistants to join our team in London to work on a variety of projects.
Rather than specialising in one sector or project stage, you will be exposed to different stages of design from early concepts to completion, through design development and technical design. A high level of design competency is required. You will be expected to work as part of a project team; research and develop architectural and technical solutions and coordinate designs with other consultants; work with BIM; generate CAD drawings and schedules, reports, and visualisations and build architectural models.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, fluent in English who is well organised and has a proven track record of working both independently and as part of a team. You will show flexibility and versatility for working on various project types, at various stages and scales.
Fluency in MS Office suite, Adobe CS and Revit is a minimum requirement; knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Autocad and rendering software is advantageous.
Working pattern: this is as a full-time role from our studio on Coate Street. We offer up to 2 days of homeworking per week, with core working hours to allow flexible start and finish times.
