dRMM has been shortlisted across multiple categories at The Pineapples 2026, reflecting the strength of collaborative approaches to placemaking.
Our extensive engagement strategy for the Tustin Estate has been shortlisted for Community Engagement: Homes. Delivered in collaboration with Southwark Council, the design team (dRMM, Adam Khan Architects, JA Projects and Exterior Architecture), community consultants Urban Symbiotics, and project development partner Bouygues, the process moved beyond consultation toward authentic co-design.
In addition, dRMM is part of two brilliant teams shortlisted for the Pineapple for Future Place: Under 20ha. Firstly Great West Road for Hadley Property Group, working with Haworth Tompkins, Metropolitan Workshop and Studio Egret West. And Smithfield, Birmingham for Lendlease and Birmingham City Council, alongside Prior + Partners, Bell Phillips, David Kohn Architects, DP9, Field Operations, Haworth Tompkins, Intervention Architecture, Minesh Patel Architects, Ramboll, Speirs Major and WSP.
Shortlisted projects will be presented online to the judges during the Festival of Pineapples in February, with the awards presented in April.
