dRMM is working with Bywater on transforming a site close to Kingston Hospital into a carefully considered residential neighbourhood.
Closed for a number of years, the former Regent Wing site offers an opportunity to deliver 150 new homes close to Norbiton Station. The scheme proposes three mid-rise buildings set within a richly planted landscape, designed not only to house people, but to support wellbeing, biodiversity and social connection. Homes are a mixture of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments which will all be operated under a build-to-rent model, that ensures high-quality management and stewardship. The timber-led construction will create resilient, low carbon homes for the future. Planning permission is being sought, and the project will be begin on site next year.
