Role

The role of BIM Champion at dRMM is to work within multiple large project teams with defined responsibilities. In some cases, a BIM Champion will be responsible for the processes of generating and building digital models and associated data for live projects in collaboration with an Associate. A BIM Champion reports to the relevant Associate on a day-to-day basis and ultimately to the Directors.You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well organised and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently.

You will be energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with an eye for detail as well as the big picture. You will be able to develop and maintain excellent relationships and dialogue with colleagues and collaborators at all levels, including our Directors, management team, Architects and the other departments in the practice. Fluency in MS Office suite, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 is a minimum requirement; knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Autocad and rendering software is advantageous.

We have a relaxed and sociable studio atmosphere, and all team members play a full and active role within it, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility within the practice and in extracurricular events and activities.

Salary: dRMM salary band 4 (£35.65k – £42.33k) dependent on experience and compliance with our salary banding, which is annually benchmarked to ensure team members are paid fairly.

Working pattern: this position is envisioned as a full-time role. We offer up to 2 days of homeworking per week, with core working hours to allow flexible start and finish times.
