In the past few weeks, both the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham Council, have resolved to grant planning permission for this ambitious masterplan.
Across the two boroughs, the 44 acre site will realise c 4,000 homes, 2.5 million sq ft of workspace, cultural venues and leisure located within 20 acres of landscaped public realm and green space. The focus of the Earls Court Development Company now turns to delivery, with the first homes built by 2030, and full completion expected by 2041.
We’re delighted to have designed the first affordable homes in Hammersmith & Fulham, as well as a permanent home for the existing temporary community hub. Having worked on this since 2022, with our plotmates Sheppard Robson and Serie Architects, we congratulate everyone involved in achieving this milestone.
