Two dRMM projects have been shortlisted for RIBA London Awards 2025. WorkStack has been shortlisted for London (South East) and Wick Lane for London (East).
WorkStack is a new model for introducing high density industrial space on compact, urban sites, primarily constructed from engineered timber. Designed to be affordable to rent, operate and maintain, its 14 workshops house a mixture of light industrial and creative uses.
Wick Lane is a co-location scheme providing 175 homes and 2250 sq m of commercial space in Hackney Wick for Taylor Wimpey London. The homes are a mixture of affordable, shared ownership and private sale while the workspace accommodates a range of businesses and services from hairdressers and a tattoo studio to branded workwear providers and a rug making workshop.
We’ll be taking the RIBA juries round both in the next few weeks; showing them the buildings, talking through our sustainability and social value strategies, and introducing them to residents and businesses who occupy the spaces. Award-winning projects will be announced this spring.
