Brent Cross Town plot 15, Block D
dRMM’s Brent Cross Town, plot 15, is the latest piece of Argent Related’s masterplan to receive planning consent from Barnet Council. Designed as a flexible solution with an emphasis on healthy living, the design makes use of dRMM’s signature engineered timber to reduce embodied carbon and maximise future adaptability.
Designed as a family of four elegant buildings, plot 15 features 272 market sale and affordable homes with a gym, concierge, shared gardens and roof terraces. The wider @ArgentRelated masterplan is driven by the guiding principle of quality of life for residents and the local community, and our scheme has been designed with an emphasis on healthy living.

‘The resident experience was at the forefront of our design, resulting in a carefully-orchestrated sequence of light and airy spaces, moving from exterior to interior. Views of the courtyard and the restful green of Claremont Park are framed throughout, and the courtyard spaces and communal stairs are an integral part of the journey to the apartments, contributing to a feeling of calm and also encouraging residents to take a more active route home.’
