dRMM is now a certified B Corporation. A working group, made up of both architectural and admin studio members, undertook a year-long process of development and evaluation so we could join this international, multi-sector movement.
B Corp Certification dovetails with our view of practice as holistic; not exclusively focused on a single social or environmental issue, and aiming to redefine success in business with a vision of an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy. This designation shows that we’re meeting the high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from career development for studio members and specific environmental concerns to economic impact and customer stewardship. The process has given us a valuable opportunity to review our practices and we look forward to how working towards the recertification every three years will keep us improving these.
