An exciting autumn ahead, as three of our projects have been shortlisted for awards being announced over the coming months.
We’re in the running for two New London Architecture Awards; Tustin Estate, the estate redevelopment north of the Old Kent Road in south London is shortlisted in the Masterplan and Area strategies category, and our conversion of a Grade II-Listed former fire station in East Ham, into apartments and commercial space, is up for a Retrofit award.
East Ham Old Fire Station also appears on the Dezeen Awards architecture longlist, as well as the shortlist for the Refurb category at the AJ Architecture Awards. On top of that, AJ has recognised the Eddington Hotel on the Leisure Project shortlist. Opened last year, this mixture of hotel and apartment style rooms north-west of Cambridge has been praised for demonstrating our “consistent ability to produce something out of the ordinary using readily available affordable materials.” We look forward to all the announcements later this year.
