Lily is a Studio Assistant at dRMM. She has a degree in Psychology and International Business from the University of Sussex, a broad-based course covering all aspects of psychology. Here she developed a specific interest in social and applied psychology.

Previously, Lily has volunteered as a companion at a day centre for the elderly. Before starting university she worked in a primary school and during her studies she was a Covid Coordinator for a local GP. At dRMM Lily focuses on studio finances, human resources and operations. In her spare time Lily likes walking with her dog Luna, watching films and visiting museums.
