Victoria joined dRMM in 2018, was promoted to associate in 2021 and became an Associate Director in 2025. A housing expert, Victoria has worked across several of the studio’s residential, master planning and mixed-use projects, combining technical proficiency with creative pragmatism to balance design quality with viability and buildability

She guides the studio’s Project Quality Assurance process, facilitating project reviews and providing leadership on project management. This is complemented by her work across resourcing, team support and training, with a particular focus on technical compliance, BIM management and CPDs. 

Committed to sustainable development and meaningful community engagement, Victoria has helped take projects from urban infill sites to large-scale regeneration schemes, from concept through to completion. She has brought her energetic focus to the design and management of the studio’s work on Earl’s Court, Birmingham Smithfield, Silvertown Quays, Tustin Estate Phase Two in Southwark, Farmer Norton in Salford, Regent’s Park Estate North in Camden, and the delivery phase of the studio’s retrofit of the Town Hall Annexe in Newham. 

Victoria is one of the individuals within the practice designated to fulfil the duties of Principal Designer on behalf of dRMM under both the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and the Building Regulations. In 2025, she was also selected to join the Hackney Design Review Panel, the Essex Quality Review Panel and the Essex Schools sub-panel, reflecting her experience across both rural and urban contexts.

She studied at the University of Brighton and London Metropolitan University. Since qualifying, Victoria has practised in London at several architectural studios, including six years at Levitt Bernstein.
